Unlike standard thin roll-on paints, this system builds substantial structural thickness to absorb thermal stress and concrete deflection:
- Layer 01 – Capillary Penetrating Primer: Ultra-low viscosity solvent-free epoxy locks down concrete pores and blocks rising hydrostatic moisture.
- Layer 02 – Colored Quartz Slurry Bed: Natural ceramic-coated quartz granules broadcasted into self-leveling mortar resin.
- Layer 03 – Water-Clear Grouting Matrix: PureEpox 3360 modified cycloaliphatic amine grout provides optical depth and complete void filling.
- Layer 04 – Polyaspartic / Urethane Armor: High-traffic non-yellowing satin topcoat delivering extreme scratch and chemical barrier.
CS-100 Standard System
Architectural 2.0mm–2.5mm self-leveling terrazzo build designed for healthcare, retail malls, high-traffic lobbies, and corporate atriums.
CS-120 Heavy-Duty Hybrid
3.0mm–4.0mm heavy-duty hybrid incorporating a polyurethane cement base for extreme thermal shock tolerance, steam cleaning, and heavy forklift wheel impact.
